Refund policy

✨✨✨✨✨NO RETURN OR REFUND ON MYSTERY CAUSE I TOLD YOU IMA PICK AND I DON'T KNOW YOU LOL✨✨✨ LOVE YOU THOUGH. 

Due to the nature of our products, we don't really want to accept returns friend. However... I'll give you 2 days!  because things happen. So if you are not happy with your product, please email us at OhhRighteous@gmail.com right away or dm on Instagram @OhhRighteous and we will discuss it. 

Refunds
If we discuss it and you are super unsatisfied..We will move forward with a return on your part. (You mail it back to me okay?) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at OhhRighteous@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please PLEASE PLEASE...inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items nor mystery... because hey it's a mystery.

IF item has been returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will have to pay to have item reshipped to correct address so please check your address.
